09:00 to 12:00 : Pick-up of starting documentation and numbers by national the team leaders
10:00 to 12:00 : Vet-control and control of the athletes (identity and year of birth)
12:00 : Opening of the bar and the restaurant (meals according to reservations only)
13:30 to 16:00 : Pick-up of starting documentation and numbers by national the team leaders
13:30 to 17:00: Vet-control and control of the athletes (identity and year of birth)
14:00 : Meeting technical committee (lottery drawing of this committees composition)
16:00 : Meeting team managers / team leaders
18:00 : Opening ceremony + aperitif + complimentary dinner / banquet
Saturday, October 12
06:30 to 07:30 : Vet-control and control of the athletes (identity and year of birth)
(for athletes arriving during the night only)
07:00 : Closing of the trail = trail forbidden for all – no more dogs on the trail
07:00 to 8:30 : Breakfast (with reservation only)
08:00 : First start Bike-Jöring (time interval for starts: every minute)
10:00 : Opening of the bar
11:00 : First start Canicross – short trail (time interval for starts: every 30 seconds)
12:00 to 15:00 : Catering/Restaurant (meals according to reservations only)
16:00 : Opening of the trail for reconnaissance / training
16:00 : Meeting technical committee + team of stewards
17:15 : Meeting team managers / team leaders
Sunday, October 13
07:00 : Closing of the trail = trail forbidden for all – no more dogs on the trail

11:00 : First start Canicross – long trail (group starts)
12:00 to 15:45 : Catering/Restaurant (meals according to reservations only)

16:00 : Medal ceremony + closing of the European Championship 2013
