W piatek , od godziny 12.00 na stake out/campigu rozpocznie się:

-rejestracja zawodników, spóznione płatności
Trasy zostaną oznakowane w piątek rano, zwiedzanie tras bez psów po godzinie 12.00 w piątek.
Chipy zawodników powinny byc zwrócone w niedzielę, po przekroczeniu linii mety. Za zagubienie chipa zawodnik zapłaci 5000,-HUF .
Protest może być złożony do komisji technicznej wraz z depozytem 15 euro, w ciągu 30 minut po zakonczeniu biegu.

After the opening ceremony the city mayor will receive the Team Leaders and the ECF officials.
